Free shipping* is only applicable in the Peninsula and Andorra. For orders to the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, please contact us directly for an accurate quote for shipping and delivery. For deliveries outside the European Community, customers are responsible for customs duties and other taxes specific to their country.

For all orders shipped to Andorra, prices will be adjusted once you have entered your delivery address during the ordering process. On the next page, the price will be reduced by the amount of VAT. It will be the client's responsibility to pay their own IGI (Andorra - 4.5%) to the carrier.

Home deliveries for orders under €1500 have a cost of €49

Free standard shipping - Street delivery (for any order over €1500)

Free home delivery, for orders > €1500 - By appointment, in the room you choose within the home, remember to enable it to be able to place the new furniture, the carrier will not move other furniture and/or elements, nor will it remove the cardboard. Accessories and lighting are not included in home delivery. The assembly service is not included in the home delivery service.


Eichholtz has a significant part of his collection in permanent stock, it takes around 15 business days to be delivered when the product is in stock. When a product is not in stock it can take from 1 to 3 months and Oroa will inform you by email to have your agreement before payment.

Before the day of delivery, our carrier partners will contact you to arrange a time slot in which you can wait for your order (home delivery only).
For small to medium items , we work with several carriers, these will be delivered as soon as possible and the delivery person will not call you ahead of time to schedule delivery.

For heavier items , delivery will be made outside the building by pallet truck. Prior to the delivery day, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a delivery date based on your availability. For deliveries made by a carrier, the customer is responsible for inspection of the outer packaging. If there is a problem, this must be noted on the delivery note for any possible claim.


Please make sure all packages are in good condition, if there is any damage to your package, please open the box before signing and if you see any damage, please note it on the packing slip. If there is no damage to the carton, you have 48 hours to fully inspect the item. After 48 hours, no damage exchange is available. In case you need to return your item, the original packaging is required to avoid packaging costs.

Also, be sure to carefully measure your door frames, hallways, stairwells, and elevators to determine the best fit for your new furniture. If we are unable to deliver your furniture to your home, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Your items can be stored free of charge for a period of 30 days. At the end of the second month, we will charge 1% of the total price (without discount) per month.

We offer a 7 day return policy.
If you need to update your shipping address once your order is on the way, you will be charged a rerouting fee.

If you cancel your order after it has left our warehouse, you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.

If you wish to report damage, or in the event of an issue that requires replacement or a replacement part for your ordered furniture, please read the following steps carefully:

Oroa will either refund you based on your initial transaction or proceed with your exchange. The client will only be responsible for the return and a replacement commission will be applied, the amount is 10% of the sale price without possible promotions. For all purchases, the refund is made according to your initial transaction, within 14 days from the date of delivery of your items. Beyond that, Oroa reimburses you by issuing a credit.

We ask that you place your returned item in its original packaging. We can only accept returned products in good condition. Products with scratches, stains, damage, punctures, or other modifications cannot be returned.
The returned item will be inspected within 72 hours of arrival at our warehouse. Once we've determined it's like new, our team will process your return, refund or credit.
